The studio
RHO Atelier is a Tel Aviv architecture studio founded by Nir Shmueli and Inbal Pantsov. We work across public buildings, workspaces and private construction, from homes and apartment buildings to offices, a museum, sports facilities and urban squares.
We take projects from the first site visit and feasibility study through permits, detailed design and site supervision, so that what is drawn is what gets built.
How we work

First meeting
We visit the site, review planning rights and define the brief and budget.

Concept design
Sketches and design options until we agree on a direction.
- 03
Building permit
We prepare the permit application and follow it through the local committee.

Detailed design
Construction drawings, details and coordination with consultants.
- 05
Site supervision
Regular site visits so construction follows the design.
Digital practice
Every project is built as a full BIM model in Revit, from the first massing to construction drawings. Plans, sections, quantities and consultant coordination all come from one model, so changes stay consistent and clashes are found on screen, not on site.
We write our own scripts and parametric tools (Dynamo and Python) to test design options, automate repetitive drafting and check planning rules quickly, which leaves more time for design.
We use AI tools to explore early concepts, produce fast visualisations and organise project information, always guided and checked by the architect.
